Vodafone programmes - owning the end-to-end process

Since October 2025 I've been Project Lead for the Vodafone Site Modification Programme (Ericsson / Vodafone, via BAM Telecom). I own the delivery process from site survey to build, acceptance and handover, across Ericsson, Vodafone and BAM subcontractors - and I'm the single point of accountability for process performance and escalations.

Before that, I led the Vodafone Sunrise Programme (May 2024 - March 2025, via WL Winet): subcontractor planning and performance, the delivery workflow, SOPs and KPI reporting.

Shimano Europe - Test Manager

An interim engagement leading international User Acceptance Testing teams for global B2B e-commerce systems serving the bike and fishing businesses. Sprint planning, mentoring junior testers, change enablement during rollout - and a go-live with critical defects caught and fixed before launch.

Odido 5G Ready - and founding Rosinski Solutions

From 2017 to 2021 I led teams delivering the nationwide 5G-readiness rollout for Odido (T-Mobile Netherlands), aligning technical staff, customer stakeholders and multiple subcontractors across a multi-year, multi-site programme.

The same year I founded Rosinski Solutions - the company through which I take interim assignments, and which later grew Handyman Eindhoven.

Philips and Tech Mahindra - finding the money

As Regional Operations Mobile Telecom Manager at Philips I migrated 10,000 users to a new mobile provider with zero downtime, cutting helpdesk calls by 60% through Lean. An audit I ran uncovered a billing discrepancy that secured a €250,000 credit note.

At LCC (a Tech Mahindra company) I saved €180,000 in six months by optimising resource utilisation, stock control and ordering forecasts.

Network swaps across Europe - WL Winet, Relacom, Eltel

At Eltel Networks I led a multi-vendor network swap (Nokia Siemens and Huawei): a 9.0 customer-satisfaction rating and +30% project profitability through cost analysis and resource planning. At Relacom in Finland I delivered 3G-swap projects under budget and ahead of schedule - with procedures later adopted as company standards.

At WL Winet I led multiple project teams across Dutch telecom providers, introducing procedures and KPIs that improved quality and cut costs.

Centertel / Orange Polska - where it started

Eight years as a supply-chain and O&M data analyst. I ran the regional spare-parts warehouse and implemented an IFS warehouse system that cut annual costs by €150,000. The lesson stuck: real costs rarely sit where people go looking for them.

Rosinski Solutions, Handyman Eindhoven and automation

Next to client work I built Handyman Eindhoven, a property-services brand, from zero to 500+ customers - including its full operating system: documentation standards, a verified contractor network, and an automated request-and-quote flow. I also run a community of more than 10,000 people.

That hands-on work is why I also offer process audits and automation to small businesses. It's the same principle at a different scale: find where time is lost, design the process once, and make it run without constant attention.
