I take ownership of complex rollouts across vendors, contractors and subcontractors - 5G, fiber and site modification programmes for Vodafone, Ericsson and Odido. One owner for delivery, a process that holds, and problems found before they become escalations.
For more than 20 years I've delivered telecom and ICT programmes in the Netherlands, Poland and Finland - network swaps, 5G readiness, site modifications, system rollouts and user migrations. My job is to own the whole chain: planning, subcontractors, governance and reporting, so the programme runs without daily firefighting.
Alongside client work I run Rosinski Solutions, the company behind Handyman Eindhoven - a property-services brand I built from zero to 500+ customers - and a community of more than 10,000 people. That's where my automation work comes from: I build the systems I use myself.
